Description

Indulge in the exquisite pleasure of our decadent moulded puréed Kueh Salat—a perfect, bite-sized companion to elevate your moments of respite. Although Kueh Salat is the most popular name for this treat, which alludes to Singapore's historical name selat, it is also known by other names such as kueh puteri salat (princess cake) and kueh serimuka (pretty face cake). These alternative names highlight the custard layer's elegant appearance and velvety texture, making any imperfections like bumps or pockmarks a major flaw in a well-made kueh salat.

Coconut Milk, Water, Split Mung Bean, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Rice Flour, Modified Starch, Kaya Pandan Flavouring, Salt.

Heating Instructions

Steam: 20 min at 100°C OR Microwave: 4 min at 800W

Steaming (Recommended): Heat a pot with water until boiling, making sure the water does not touch the steaming basket or tray. Place the items into a deep bowl and cover with cling wrap to prevent condensation/water from dripping into the container. Place the bowl on the steaming basket or tray and cover the pot. Start the timer for the respective food item. Once the timer rings, carefully remove the bowl and cling wrap to serve.

Microwaving:
If you prefer to microwave your food, cover the bowl to prevent the top from drying out.

Consume within 30 minutes of steaming or microwaving.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C and below. Do not re-freeze once thawed.

1. Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery for all Singapore orders above $80.
  • For orders $80 and below, a flat delivery fee of $10 applies at checkout.

2. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are arranged Mondays to Saturdays.
  • No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • We aim to fulfill all orders within 3 working days.

3. Receiving Your Frozen Order

To maintain the quality and safety of our frozen products, please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and store the items in the freezer immediately upon arrival.

As delivery schedules are arranged by our logistics partner, we are unable to commit to or guarantee specific delivery time slots. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

4. No One At Home

To ensure product quality and maintain proper temperature control, we kindly request that someone be available at the delivery address to receive the items.

We are unable to provide refunds, replacements, or re-deliveries if the order is delivered when no one is present to receive it.

If you are unable to be home during the delivery window, you may opt for self-collection as an alternative.
