Description

Durian Kacang Hijau soup, also known as bubur kacang durian is a Malay-style green bean durian dessert. A popular Malay green bean porridge cooked with durian purée and coconut cream, blend to moderate thickness to be enjoyed by everyone.

Heating Instructions

Steam: 15 min at 100°C OR
Microwave: 5 min at 800W

Steaming (Recommended): For best results, we recommend steaming. Peel back a small portion of the top seal to vent steam while cooking.

Microwaving: Peel back a small portion of the top seal to vent slightly and keep the rest covered to prevent the food from drying out.

Consume within 30 minutes of steaming or microwaving.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C and below. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
