Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Fees

• Free delivery for all Singapore orders above $80.
• For orders $80 and below, a flat delivery fee of $10 applies at checkout.

2. Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are arranged Mondays to Saturdays.
• No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.
• We aim to fulfill all orders within 7 working days.

3. Receiving Your Frozen Order

To maintain the quality and safety of our frozen products, please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and store the items in the freezer immediately upon arrival.

As delivery schedules are arranged by our logistics partner, we are unable to commit to or guarantee specific delivery time slots. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

4. No One At Home

To ensure product quality and maintain proper temperature control, we kindly request that someone be available at the delivery address to receive the items.

We are unable to provide refunds, replacements, or re-deliveries if the order is delivered when no one is present to receive it.

If you are unable to be home during the delivery window, you may opt for self-collection as an alternative.

If you are not satisfied with our product or experience any issues related to the delivery process, please contact us via our company hotline or email within 2 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.

To facilitate a prompt investigation, customers are encouraged to provide relevant details, including the order number, description of the issue, and supporting photographs where applicable.

Requests submitted after the 2-day notification period may not be eligible for review, refund, replacement, or compensation, subject to our company's assessment and discretion.

Our team will review all reported cases and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
