How do I order online?

  1. Select items you would like to order. You can search by item name, dish name or by keyword.
  2. Tell us who you are and your loved ones whom you are placing the meals for their consumption. If there is any special request or medical conditions which we need to take note of, please include them in the comment section.
  3. Enter your delivery address, payment method and your phone number. The phone number will help us contact you regarding your order, if required.

Can I get a refund for my order?

We do not offer cash refunds for orders, but you are welcome to replace your items with other products of equivalent value.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Creating an account is not mandatory. You can order using our checkout without having to sign up. We make sure that ordering these meals at mygentlefoods.com is quick and fuss-free. After placing your order, you will have the option of creating an account with us. 

How do I heat up the Bento meals or individual packs?

Place the frozen moulded food items directly onto a plate exactly as you would like it presented as a meal, cover with cling wrap or plate cover. Simply cover moulded puréed food with a heat-proof lid or with cling wrap and re-heat in a conventional steamer over small fire for 20-30 mins (as per instruction on packing label). What is the shelf-life of frozen puréed moulded meals and bulk packs?

Microbiology testing has shown that the products are shelf-life stable at -20 degrees for at least 9 months.

 
What ingredients are used to make the frozen puréed moulded meals?

We use natural ingredients only and neither MSG nor preservative has been added to our selection of meals.

 
What ingredients are used for the sauces and gravies?

We use natural and raw ingredients to make the sauces.

 
Can I use microwave to heat up the frozen food?

It is not recommended to microwave the frozen food due to possibility of drying or crusting of the food, which is detrimental to the person with swallowing difficulty.

 
Can I request for a special food not currently on the menu?

It is our intent to give you back the joy of eating familiar food. Please email us at info@mygentlefoods.com to check the possibility of specially creating your food.

 
Are the food products Halal certified?

All our products are Halal certified, as of 2022.
