Nasi Lemak

This beloved dish is thought to originate from Malay traditions and features fragrant rice crafted with coconut cream and pandan leaves. Our Nasi Lemak takes this classic to the next level, combining fragrant rice with the savoury goodness of minced chicken and eggs. To elevate the dish further, it's topped with a non-spicy sambal chili infused with the rich flavour of ikan bilis (anchovies).

Steam: 30 min at 100°C OR Microwave: 6 min at 800W

Steaming (Recommended): Peel back a small portion of the top seal, and place bento to steam when water has boiled.

Microwaving: Peel back two small portions of the top seal, keeping the seal covered to prevent the food from drying out.

Consume within 30 minutes of steaming or microwaving.

Keep frozen at -18°C and below. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
