Description

Pengat Pisang is a traditional Malay dessert that typically consists of key ingredients like bananas (Pisang), coconut milk, and palm sugar (gula melaka). Beyond its taste, Pengat Pisang brings the nutritional goodness of bananas, packed with vitamin C, potassium, and essential vitamins and minerals.

Heating Instructions

Steam: 15 min at 100°C OR Microwave: 5 min at 800W

Steaming (Recommended): For best results, we recommend steaming. Peel back a small portion of the top seal to vent steam while cooking.

Microwaving: Peel back a small portion of the top seal to vent slightly and keep the rest covered to prevent the food from drying out.

Consume within 30 minutes of steaming or microwaving.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C and below. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
