Chicken Satay and Ketupat

Chicken is marinated to perfection and cooked until very tender, creating bite-sized pieces that are easy to manage. The smooth satay sauce is prepared with a thicker consistency for safe swallowing and retains its savoury flavour. And the soft ketupat (woven rice cake) is steamed until very soft and may be further mashed for easier consumption.

Ketupat (Water (Gluten), Rice, Salt), Satay Chicken (Chicken Breast, Lemongrass, Soy Bean Sauce, Cumin Powder, Garlic, Galangal, Ginger, Turmeric Powder), Satay Sauce (Water, Ground Peanuts, Coconut Cream (Natural Coconut Cream, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan), Onion, Vegetable Oil, Lemongrass, Garlic, Sugar, Shrimp Paste, Galangal, Ginger, Cumin Powder, Chilli Paste, Chicken Seasoning(Salt, Maltodextrin, Flavour Enhancer(E621, E635), Corn Flour, Sugar, Chicken Meat and Fat Flavouring, Soya Sauce (Soya Bean, Wheat, Salt, Maltodextrin, Modified Starch, E621, E917), Palm Fat, Spices), Turmeric Powder, Salt).

Steam: 30 min at 100°C OR Microwave: 6 min at 800W

Steaming (Recommended): Peel back a small portion of the top seal, and place bento to steam when water has boiled.

Microwaving: Peel back two small portions of the top seal, keeping the seal covered to prevent the food from drying out.

Consume within 30 minutes of steaming or microwaving.

Keep frozen at -18°C and below. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
