Steaming (Recommended): Peel the seal slightly. Steam for 20 minutes at 100°C.

Microwaving: Peel back the seal slightly. Microwave at 800W for 1 min 20 sec, stir. Heat for another 20 sec, stir well. Heat for a final 20 sec.

Consume within 30 minutes of steaming/microwaving.

Keep frozen at -18°C and below. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
