The biscuit base is made from plain flour, butter, egg yolk, sugar, and a pinch of salt, delivering a light and crumbly bite. Topped with a sweet and tangy pineapple filling made from frozen pineapple puree and sugar, each tart offers the perfect balance of sweetness and zest. Ideal for those with dysphagia, these tarts retain all the festive flavour while ensuring ease of consumption.

Pineapple Tart (Biscuit (Plain Flour, Butter, Egg Yolk, Sugar), Water, Modified Starch, Salt), Pineapple Filling (Frozen Pineapple Puree, Modified Starch, Sugar).

Defrost in the chiller overnight before consumption. Consume chilled or at room temperature.

Keep frozen at -18°C and below. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
