  • Discontinuation of GentleFoods® Wallet
    As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our services and user experience, we have decided to discontinue the wallet function on our website on 4 December 2023. In light of this change, we want to ensure a seamless transition for you.  If you currently have balance in your wallet, we want to assure you that you can still use your wallet balance until 30 June 2024.  We have also discontinued the wallet top-up function as of 4 December 2023.
  • What happens if I still have balance in my wallet?
    If you still have balance in your wallet, we have sent you an email on 4 December 2023 to inform you of the changes. You are still able to use the current balance in your wallet until 30 June 2024. We will also send you a reminder one month before, on 31 May 2024, to give you time to use your remaining balance (if any, at that point). 
  • Can I still top up my wallet?
    Unfortunately, we have discontinued the wallet top-up function as of 4 December 2023.
