The Gentle Group Pte. Ltd. (“we, “us’, “our”) has established the following Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”).

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order from www.mygentlefoods.com (hereinafter to as the “Website”), or through any other order methods. You should understand that by placing an order, regardless of the order method, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.  


These Terms & Conditions will apply to all orders with The Gentle Group Pte. Ltd. and/or GentleFoods®.  

  1. Cancellation of orders should be done at least 2 days in advance of the delivery date, failure to do so will result in non-issuance of any refunds.
  2. Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST charges in Singapore.
  3. All prices on the website are in Singapore Dollars, unless otherwise stated.
  4. To collect your order(s), you may opt for home delivery or self-collect at our main office. Separate delivery charges may apply.
  5. All promotions and offers by us are subjected to our terms and conditions, which we reserve the right to change without prior notice.
  6. All visuals used in promotional collaterals are strictly for illustration purposes only.
  7. We reserve the right to substitute items in the promotion or offer should there be any unforeseen circumstances.
