Water, Potato, Carrot, Onion, Modified Starch, Chicken Seasoning (Salt, Maltodextrin, Flavour Enhancer (INS621, INS635), Corn Flour, Sugar, Chicken Meat and Fat, Flavouring, Soya Sauce (Soya Bean, Wheat, Salt, Maltodextrin, Modified Starch, INS621, INS917), Palm Fat, Spices).

Steaming (Recommended): Peel the seal slightly. Steam for 20 minutes at 100°C.

Microwaving: Peel back the seal slightly. Microwave at 800W for 1 min 30 sec, stir well, then heat for a final 30 sec.

Consume within 30 minutes of steaming or microwaving.

Keep frozen at -18°C and below. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
