没有胃口怎么办?
胃口不好有很多原因。比如生病时,药物、疼痛、疲劳等因素都可能让人没有食欲而吃不下饭。失智症、中风或者化疗引起的吞咽困难也是造成食欲不振的一个原因。如果食欲持续没有改善,我们一定要重视起来,以免因为长期胃口不佳导致营养不良和体重下降。

食欲不振该怎么办呢?试试以下这些治疗方法吧。

1. 不要等到饿了才吃东西,尽量按时用餐。

2. 少食多餐。食欲不振时,面对份量较大的食物时,反而更加没胃口。最好的方法是每隔2-3小时吃少量食物。GentleFoods的小份套餐 (petite meals)、高热量的点心零食,像是夹心饼干、肉包、坚果、GentleFoods的红龟粿 (ang ku kueh)、黑芝麻糊等点心都是不错的选择。
