Please keep them in the freezer and defrost them before consumption. They can be eaten cold too.

Preparation Step

Place frozen food directly onto plate and cover the items. Leave item to defrost in the chiller overnight before consumption. Consume chilled or at room temperature within 30min.1. Cover the plate. 2. Defrost in the chiller overnight.
